Anyways... this is Miserie, a character from my story, Minor Deity, although she probally won't be introduced for...... well a very long times anyways. And no, she isn't supposed to act like that, that's just what she gets for being inspired by a book about a bunch of adventure seekers aged just after their teens who get eaten by a 200 foot extinct shark(The book's called Meg btw. I'd reccomend it only if you don't have much else to read.)
